Work-Inn — Flexible Office Space Website
WordPress brochure site for a Buenos Aires coworking space
Work-Inn is a flexible office space and coworking provider in Buenos Aires, offering startup businesses and established companies affordable workspace on flexible terms. Guillermo, the founder, had worked with open-ecommerce.org on previous projects and returned when he needed a website for this new venture — something professional enough to attract individual professionals looking for desk space and companies with capacity to sublease to startups.
The Challenge
A new coworking space has a straightforward marketing need: show the space, explain the offer, and make it easy for prospects to get in touch or enquire about availability. But it also needs to convey that the space is professional and well-run — a brochure site that looks like it was thrown together undermines exactly the trust it is supposed to establish.
Guillermo needed something clean and credible that he could manage himself without ongoing developer support. He was launching a new business and needed to move quickly, but without cutting corners on how the space was presented to potential members.
What We Built
We built a WordPress brochure site structured around the Work-Inn offer and audience:
- Responsive WordPress theme built to Work-Inn's brand — layout, colours, and copy structured around the coworking and flexible office offer
- Service pages presenting the office space options: permanent desks, temporary spaces, and facilities available to members
- Contact and booking enquiry forms to convert visitors into conversations with Guillermo's team
- Mobile-first responsive design working across desktop and mobile, appropriate for a local business audience searching from their phones
- CMS training so Guillermo could manage availability, pricing, and content updates independently
- SEO basics configured at launch for Buenos Aires coworking and flexible office space queries
Frequently Asked Questions
- Can WordPress handle a coworking space business website?
Yes. For a local service business, WordPress is an excellent choice — easy to manage, widely supported, and flexible enough to present spaces, pricing, and enquiry forms professionally without custom development cost.
- How do you build a site for a startup on a limited budget?
We focus scope tightly on what converts visitors to enquiries: clear service descriptions, good photography, and a working contact form. Work-Inn needed to launch quickly and operate independently — we built to that brief.
- How long does a WordPress brochure site take to build?
A focused WordPress brochure site for a local service business typically takes two to four weeks from brief to launch — assuming content (copy and photography) is supplied by the client. We provide training alongside the build so the client is ready to manage the site from day one.
